About us:

HYDROPRODUCT s.r.o. was estsablished in 1995. The company mainly provides custom and mass production of machine parts and equipment, supply of complete hydraulic mechanisms and air conditioning systems. The company manufactures products on its own machining centres, milling machines, waterjets, burning machines and tube benders. It employs over 50 employees.

What to expect:

You will be working on the creation of a new independent technology department. Your working tasks will be varied, from preparing price quotations to starting up production of new products and associated production changes.

Your job is to involve:

  • Creating process flows with time standardization.
  • Creating CNC programs for machine tools and forming machines
  • Coordinating and ensuring the technological preparation of production
  • Specifying new and managing existing tools and jigs
  • Creating price quotations
  • Design of new and modification of existing technologies and related investments
  • Creation of production workplaces layouts
  • Defining production batches

What knowledge and skills we expect from you:

  • At least a high school degree in mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of process development and standardization in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of CNC machine programming
  • User knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organizational skills, high responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and skills in the fields of creating price calculations and quotations

Even better if you have:

  • Knowledge of GibbsCAM
  • Knowledge of FANUC, Okuma CNC control systems (OSP)
  • Knowledge of welding technology
  • Knowledge of English or German language
